Support given to the children who observe

As mentioned, the children who observe have an important role in the display and evolution of the bullying phenomenon in school.

The purposes of giving support are:

● to increase the awareness about the seriousness of the problem
● to understand the roles they have during the bullying process
● to commit to new types of behavior through conversation and role-play
● the children who observe should realize that talking about the event and evaluating it does not mean they are nailing the child who bullies.
● to be aware of the shared responsibility in the display of the phenomenon
● to find the courage to express their opinion, so that the problem could be solved jointly.
